| Why do I have to register with 'my-login'? | Your personal 'my-login' is the only way to enter the protected area of the online shop, the list of exhibitors or the exhibition tours and thus benefit from all our offers. |

| What should I take into account when entering my password? | Please note that the password must be at least 5 characters long. The use of upper and lower case letters will be checked on registration. |

| My registration cannot be completed? | For security reasons, you receive a confirmation mail when you register with 'my-login'.
Please click onto the back link in the confirmation mail. This will confirm your registration with MCH Exhibitions. Please do NOT use the answer mode in the e-mail – this will NOT activate your personal 'my-login'.
Should the click onto the back link not function, you can copy the link and paste it into your browser's address list. If this does not work either, please contact my-login@messe.ch. |

| My personal data are not accepted? | You can only open one (1) 'my-login' with MCH Exhibitions.
Your password must be at least five characters long. |

| After registering with 'my-login', I cannot log in to the protected area? | Perhaps you did not click onto the back link in your confirmation e-mail. This is the only way to activate your 'my-login'.

| 'my-login' does not work and I do not get an error message. |
When you log into 'my-login', a (harmless) cookie is placed onto your computer. However, if your browser blocks these cookies, you will not be able to log in.
Therefore, please change the settings in your browser, which you can find as follows:

| I have forgotten my password. What do I do now? | Please enter your e-mail address in the area 'my-login / have you forgotten your password?' You will immediately receive your password. As this ensues per e-mail, we advise you to change your personal password in the protected area for security reasons. Please note that the password is case sensitive. |

Use the function 'have you forgotten your password?' in the 'my-login' area. Please note that the upper and lower case letters must be entered correctly for the password. |
