I cannot print out my 'online-ticket'?
  • Make sure that the Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed in your computer. We recommend Version 4 or higher.
  • Some printers do not interpret the characters of the PDF correctly during the printing process. If this happens, proceed as follows:
    • Open the 'online-ticket' with the Acrobat Reader
    • Click onto 'file' and then onto 'print'.
    • Select 'advanced' and the option 'print as a picture' in the dialogue window

Problem: the PDF of 'online-tickets' cannot be displayed?
  • Solution for users of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5 and higher) and the Internet Explorer (IE 5.x by Microsoft): change the setting as follows:
'basic settings' / 'general' / 'Web-Browser Integration': delete the tick

The next time you call up PDF documents, the Acrobat-Reader will be loaded outside the frame set, and documents will thus be displayed in their entirety on your screen.
  • Solution for users of Acrobat 5.x:
open the window in the menu point 'edit' / 'basic setting' / 'options'. Delete the tick by 'display PDF in browser'
  • Solution for users of Acrobat 4.x:
open the window in the menu point 'file' / 'basic setting' / 'general. Delete the tick by the WebBrowser Integration.

If none of the above solutions are successful, activate the link to the PDF file with the right-hand mouse button. Select 'Save target as..'. Save the PDF document on the user surface. Activate the document from the Explorer by a double click as Acrobat Reader Application.
